Conspicuous by its silence the CIA owned and influenced media

The Hard Truth
A terrible disaster is in the making in the Middle East. What Osama bin Laden failed to achieve on
Sept. 11 is now being unleashed by the IsraeliPalestinian war in the West Bank: a clash of civilizations.
In the wake of repeated suicide bombings, it is no surprise that the Israeli Army has gone on the offensive
in the West Bank. Any other nation would have done the same But Ariel Sharon's operation will succeed
only if it is designed to make the Israeli-occupied territories safe for Israel to leave as soon as possible.
Israel's goal must be a withdrawal from these areas captured in the 1967 war; otherwise it will never know
a day's peace, and it will undermine every legitimate U.S. effort to fight terrorism around the globe.
What I fear, though, is that Mr. Sharon wants to get rid of Mr. Arafat in order to keep Israeli West Bank settlements, not to create the conditions for them to be withdrawn.
President Bush needs to be careful that America doesn't get sucked into something very dangerous here.
Mr. Bush has rightly condemned Palestinian suicide bombing as beyond the pale, but he is not making
clear that Israel's war against this terrorism has to be accompanied by a real plan for getting out of the
territories.
Why? Because President Bush, like all the other key players, doesn't want to face the central dilemma in
this conflict which is that while Israel must get out of the West Bank and Gaza, the Palestinians cannot,
at this moment, be trusted to run those territories on their own, without making them a base of future
operations against Israel.
That means some outside power has to come in to secure the borders, and the only trusted powers would
be the U.S. or NATO.
Palestinians who use suicide bombers to blow up Israelis at a Passover meal and then declare “Just end the occupation and everything will be fine” are not believable.
No Israeli in his right mind would trust Yasir Arafat, who has used suicide bombers when it suited his purposes, not to do the same thing if he got the West Bank back and some of his people started demanding Tel Aviv.
“The only solution is a new U.N. mandate for U.S. and NATO troops to supervise the gradual emergence
of a Palestinian state - after a phased Israeli withdrawal - and then to control its borders,” says the Middle
East expert Stephen P. Cohen.
People say that U.S. troops there would be shot at like U.S. troops in Beirut. I disagree. U.S. troops
that are the midwife of a Palestinian state and supervise a return of Muslim sovereignty over the holy mosques in Jerusalem would be the key to solving all the contradictions of U.S. policy in the Middle East, not new targets.
The Arab leaders don't want to face this hard fact either, because most are illegitimate, unelected
autocrats who are afraid of ever speaking the truth in public to the Palestinians.
The Arab leaders are as disingenuous as Mr. Sharon; he says ending “terrorism” alone will bring peace to the occupied territories, and the Arab leaders say ending “the occupation” alone will end
all terrorism.
Like Mr. Sharon. the Arab leaders need to face facts - that while the occupation needs to end, they
independently need to address issues like suicide terrorism in the name of Islam.
As Malaysia's prime minister, Mahathir Mohamad, courageously just declared about suicide bombing:

“Bitter and angry though we may be, we must demonstrate to the world that Muslims are rational people
when fighting for our rights, and do not resort to acts of terror.”
If Arab leaders have only the moral courage to draw lines around Israel's behavior, but no moral courage to
decry the utterly corrupt and inept Palestinian leadership, or the depravity of suicide bombers in the name
of Islam, then we're going nowhere.
The other people who have not wanted to face facts are the feckless American Jewish leaders, fundamentalist Christians andneoconservatives who together have helped make it impossible for anyone in the U.S. administration to talk seriously about halting Israeli settlement-building without being accused of being antiIsrael. Their collaboration has helped prolong a colonial Israeli
occupation that now threatens the entire Zionist enterprise.
So there you have it.
Either leaders of good will get together and acknowledge that Israel can't stay in the territories but can't
just pick up and leave, without a U.S.-NATO force helping Palestinians oversee their state, or Osama wins -
and the war of civilizations will be coming to a theater near you.

 MEG Scalar Energy Device Patented - Production Starts Next Year

A patent was granted on March 26, 2002 for
"The Motionless Magnetic Generator," MEG)
US Patent 6,362,718, which is likely to become the first commercially available
free energy device in history in about one year from now. The machine will provide
free electricity from the vacuum, for the life of the device, which should be a very
long life since it has no moving parts. You can see a picture of scientist Jean Louis
Naudin's MEG replication model at:
It has strong magnets, coils, and a controller unit with the electronics. Naudin
made the announcement to the MEG-builder's Yahoo group. The
announcement has significance since the patent office has always been
skeptical of devices which seem to get-something-for-nothing.
" But according to the new science of scalar electromagnetics, the MEG
does not break the law of conservation of energy. It's just that the energy
is conserved in the fourth dimension, time, and not our 3-space world.
The MEG provides electrical energy by tapping the longitudinal
electromagnetic (EM) waves which exist in almost infinite abundance in the
vacuum of space. This ocean of energy which permeates everything is
sometimes called the "zero point" energy, since it remains there even at
absolute zero temperature.
Four inventors are listed: Stephen L. Patrick, Thomas E. Bearden, James C.
Hayes, Kenneth D. Moore.
Tom Bearden has explained the operation of the MEG on his website
Cheniere.org, and also speaks about the new fearful weapons that can and have
been made using the same "longitudinal waves" of the vacuum.
The complicated physics of how the MEG
works is explained in the paper "The Motionless
Electromagnetic Generator: Extracting Energy
from a Permanent Magnet with Energy
Replenishment from the Active Vacuum,"
which can be found at Tom Bearden's website:
The first MEG units to be produced for sale will output 2.5 kilowatts
of free electricity. Forever. They should be in production about a year
from now. Facilities for manufacturing the device are being set up in
an unnamed "friendly nation."
This free electricity will flow indefinitely, without much,
or any maintenance. The units may be hooked together
to provide more wattage, so four of them would provide
10 kilowatts. After some production experience units will
be made which output 10 kilowatts each. With a couple
of those units a house could get off the electrical grid.
Tom Bearden, one of the inventors has said "I will admit that the chief scientist
of an important experimental group in a large company was rather stunned at
the type of output we were able to obtain. The MEG may look like just a
transformer, but it is not. It is a completely different breed of cat." This cat, it
would seem, is out of the bag now. The ordinary EM waves we are familiar
with are called "transverse" waves, to distinguish them from the new
"longitudinal" EM waves of the vacuum.
Bearden has explained in depth on his website cheniere.org that
wherever there is a dipole (battery, generator, magnet) there is an unseen flow
of longitudinal EM waves in that local vacuum, the only problem is in tapping
that energy and "transducing" it to electricity. Bearden says that the problem
with all the electrical circuits we have is that they are two-wire circuits, a loop
by which half the energy goes back to destroy the dipole. In the MEG that closed
loop is never made. So the dipole is not being destroyed.
Patents are not granted on devices which do not work, so in a sense
this announcement proclaims a new era. The MEG device itself
proclaims and proves that energy is bundantly available everywhere,
for free. We only have to build the devices to tap it. MEG type devices
could be put into a car with an electric engine to make a truly fuel-less
automobile.
Electricity can be available in very remote places. People will be able to
get off our very terrorist-vulnerable power grids. In an era of terrorism a
highly dispersed power system would be most desirable rather than our
centralized systems.
What is somewhat astonishing to me is the discovery by Bearden et. al.
that time itself is actually compressed energy, and that this free energy
is actually coming from the time domain, the ocean of longitudinal EM
waves which fill the empty vacuum of spacetime. In fact, time is energy
compressed by the same factor that matter is compressed energy: the
speed-of-light squared. Thus there is a new companion to Einstein's
E=mc2. Can you say "E equals delta-tee-cee-squared?" The "tee" is
time and delta-tee is change in time.
A company has been set up to manufacture
the MEG called Magnetic Energy Limited.
The ramifications of free energy are enormous.
The oil wars are not necessary.
If we threw as much money at this technology as we
are spending on the oil wars we would be free of the need
for oil in less than a decade. With fuel-less cars air pollution
will be greatly lessened. Third world nations can raise their
standard of living eventually. And the energy is free.
And it never runs out.

the current state of scalar technology.
The granting of the MEG patent is the herald of the new era of scalar
electromagnetics, and the free energy which flows forever and never runs out.

100,000 persons.7 kilometers long and 4 kilometers
wide with the capacity to be mobile ,grow its own food,
produce its own electricity and,owing to it existing
beyond the 12 mile(20km) governmental juristiction
boundaries, create its own government, income system
and tax base. In essence,this mobile city becomes its
own independent country .
The structural for the project is electrolytic concrete made
from seawater mineral salts that adhere to steel rebar
submerged underwater witha small amount of electrical
current applied to the bar.Over a short time the mineral
salts form the seawater accrets onto the steel to form a
concrete material. The process is extremely inexpensive
and produces reinforced concrete suitable for creating
structrues. The structure is built underwater and is then
floated to the surface when completed. The city utilizes
several different types of electrical power generation.
Five Ocean hermal Energy Convertion units are positioned
at strategic zones of the city to supply electricity.Banks
offree-standing windmills and photovoltaic solar cells
produce additional electricity.
The "head" of the floating city is a small mountain range with
a specially designed frontal structure that cuts Tsunami tidal
waves into smaller,manageable waves with little destructive
effect.It is a tidal wave barrier that requires the city to head
into the on-coming wave.
An adjustable set of hydrodynamic"limbs"adapts to the
needed amount of marine agriculture garden area
depending upon population need. The "limbs"also reduce
water drag when positioned together.The greatest
advantage to the city's mobility is that when it rests in
one place for a while to exploit the ocean's resources it
can then move onward so that that partiular area is not
depleted and can replenish itself thus protecting and
preserving the ocean's bounty.
The city grows its own food and is and agrarian-based
population utilizing advanced,nature-based technologies
that produce no toxic pollutants."Living Machines"and solar desalination plants create and recycle all water for human
use.The city,in esence,is a living organism based upon
ocean resources and climate.
